Emanual is a 4x Olympian who has ranked 4th in the world two years in a row, competing against the very best on bodybuilding’s biggest stage. Liz is an IFBB Fit Model Pro who understands firsthand the discipline, precision, and presence it takes to step on stage at the highest level. Between the two of us, we’ve experienced the sport from amateur ranks to the Olympia stage and that perspective shapes everything we do.
